Founded by chef Rodd Blutman, we’ve grown from a small manufacturer into one of the country’s go-to hospitality suppliers for wholesale ingredients. In early 2025, we opened our Gold Coast-based branch to supply Brisbane to Byron with gourmet ingredients.
