Cuvee Blanc de Caramel 42% Chocolate 1.5kg


Blanc de Caramel 42% – Caramelized white chocolate - made using a single origin Indonesian cocoa butter and South Gippsland milk, a hint of Solomon Island cocoa and a pinch of sea salt. More reminiscent of a short bread than a toffee caramel.

Brioche feels, biscuity, secondary notes of a gentle Sea Salt without overpowering the chocolate.   Somewhat reminiscing of a beurre noisette.
