Grand Cru 75% Extra Dark - Made from single origin cocoa beans brought to us by our friends at Kokoa Kamili in the Kilombero Valley - the heart of Tanzania.
Notes of citrus, cherry, red plum and chocolate brownie, you can taste the roast. Red fruits breaking through the slight bitterness of the cocoa, finished by a hint of acidity which tends to linger around for a little while. A very elegant dark chocolate, beautifully balanced.
