Sudachi Vinegar with Agave Syrup 200ml

Another in our superb range of citrus vinegars. Sudachi is a Japanese sour citrus very similar to lime, bringing a tang to this distinctive product. Suitable for sweet or savoury dishes, it has so many uses. It's zesty enough to add spark to dressings and marinades, wonderful with seafood, chicken or green vegetables. In Japan it is also considered an indispensable companion to the matsutake mushroom.
